Indigo Reef Resort is set back and secluded from all the hustle and bustle, so you can relax in peace. From the moment you pull up to the gate of this secluded property, the views are jaw-dropping. The private winding road leading to the resort is beautifully landscaped and hints of paradise in every sense of the word.

As you are walking in the front door of this unit you immediately experience that “WOW” effect because the first view to greet you are direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. From the living room on occasion, you’ll be able to see a mother manatee with her baby or other marine life, including stingrays and dolphins.
1st level of the Home
Indigo Reef Homes is laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus guest bath on the first level. The living room opens up to a large porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing truly stunning sunset views. Indigo Reef's modern kitchens feature granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All kitchens are fully stocked with all appliances. The eating area is spacious and has a table that comfortably seats six or a breakfast bar for three.
2nd level of the Home
On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second story balcony overlooking the Gulf as well. There are two more bedrooms on the second level featuring a Queen sized bed and two Twin sized beds plus an additional guest bathroom. The laundry area is located upstairs as well.
Indigo Reef landscaping is breathtaking, surrounding the property in palm trees and local flora to create a true Island Paradise. If you're a fisherman, you'll enjoy the convenience of having your boat right out the door of this unit. The boat slip has water and electricity hookups right at your slip. There is a cleaning station adjacent to your slip which is the perfect place to clean your catch.
Right on the Gulf of Mexico and within 5-10 min by boat you're in the Atlantic Ocean. Don't have a boat? There are many rentals available and they're just a phone call away. Don't want to rent a boat? There are many charters available in the area also. There are too many local conveniences to list. A few of our favorite important conveniences located nearby are a Post Office, Walgreens, Grocery Store, Marathon Airport, beautiful oceanfront dining, as well as bait and tackle shops. Cook your catch at home or enjoy a night out at one of our 53 restaurants. Don't forget to visit the beautiful Sombrero Beach located in Marathon, FL which is only a ten-minute drive away.
Marathon is known as the heart of the Florida Keys. We are centrally located to everything the Keys have to offer. An ideal vacation spot for you and your family or friends.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $150-350+ tax/week depending on the weight of your pet. Cats are not allowed.

Indigo Reef Vacation Rentals Information
Arrival & Departure Information
Check-In: 5 PM on the day of arrival
Check-Out: 10 AM on the day of departure
Fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of appliances and cooking utensils.
Coco Plum Vacation Rentals provides a complimentary starter kit of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located in the overflow parking lot.
One (1) covered parking space is included with each unit. There will be a parking pass in the home when you arrive. Please hang this from your rearview mirror during the duration of your stay. There is overflow parking available as well.
The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets, and towels that you will need. Beach towels are not guaranteed available.
- Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
- Noise need be kept to a respectable level at all times
- Violators WILL be evicted
Due to the fact that these are wood-framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on any of the porches. There are charcoal grills available for use around the pool area.
Fishing is allowed on the resort property.

Your home comes with an assigned dock slip. Do not use any other slip besides your assigned slip. Your slip number will be provided with your arrival information prior to your reservation. Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall and only one vessel allowed per slip. If your boat is longer than the allotted 31 feet it will be your responsibility to make arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina. There will be a boat tag in your unit when you arrive. Please leave that on your boat for the duration of your stay.
No trailers are allowed on Indigo Reef property. For boat trailer storage please contact the Moose Lodge located right across the street from Indigo Reef
Moose Lodge – 1st Ave Gulf
Trailer parking is $10 per day. Call Jerry at 305-481-7187 you can pay the bartender inside the lodge. They are closed Mondays and open at 3 pm all other days. Leave info in the mailbox if they are closed.
