Owner Relations: We understand that owning a vacation or second home is one of the largest investments in your life. Trust: Each of our home owners will be provided with a personalized and secure online owner account. The online account allows our home owners to access information such asthe property calendarfor their home, view existing reservations,as well as letthem make their own reservations online. Each account is secured by a personalized login and password.

All invoices for repairs, maintenance, etc. will be scanned and attached to the monthly statements as back up information.

All monies collected from your guest are held in a FDIC, Trust account. Each month an independent book keeper reviews and balances this account. And, as an additional level of security a CPA reviews these accounts quarterly.

Guest Relations: Coco Plum Vacation Rentals, LLC isdedicated to providing guests with an outstanding vacation experience. We take the extra time and make the additional effort to assist guests by answering their questions, helping guests plan their vacation activities, and anticipating their needs by keeping guest directories and offering welcome packages.

Memberships: Coco Plum is licensedby theFlorida Division of Hotels and Restaurantsunder Chapter 509, Florida Statutes (FS). The Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants licenses, inspects and regulates public lodging establishments. We are also members of the Greater Marathon Chamber of Commerce.

• Damage Waiver: In the unlikely event of damages, we utilize an insurance program through CSA to protect your property for up to $3,000 in damages.
• Trip Protection: Guests and Owners can feel confident booking with Coco Plum Realtors as we offer Trip Protection insurance to provide coverage for unforseen cancellations or mandatory evacuations.
