Coral Lagoon and Indigo Reef are separate communities located approximately one mile apart from each other.
Coral Lagoon Resort, located immediately adjacent to Key Colony Beach, is the Fisherman's dream resort, with a full service Marina and a tranquil setting featuring luxury town homes.

This resort is located on nearly six acres of beautifully maintained property and flourishing scenery. "Salty Fare" is one of a few single family homes at the resort which offers a bright, tropical interior with the additional windows on all sides of the house. This newly remodeled home offers a little more square footage as well, compared to the town homes on site. 

Coral Lagoon Resort also features a heated, in-ground pool with ample poolside seating in both the shade and the sun.

The oversized, covered back porch provides peaceful canal views and features plenty of seating room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breezes. The outdoor dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests.

"Salty Fare" was just recently remodeled in May of 2015 featuring new paint colors, new living room furniture, including a sofa sleeper, new bedding, small kitchen appliances and a cheerful tropical ambiance!

Entertain or unwind in the 1st floor living area.  The great room floor plan offers plenty of room to relax and dine.  The living room has plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV.  The  kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and elegant granite counters.  Coffee lovers will delight with their choice of a Keurig single serve coffee maker, or the traditional coffee pot. Enjoy a quick snack on the stools at the breakfast bar or dine-in at the dining room table that provides seating for up to six people.

Upstairs bedrooms feature a soothing color scheme and comfortable bed linens. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed, a private bath, a flat screen TV/DVD player and a romantic private balcony with seating for two. The 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee bedding for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. Additional occupant(s) fee may apply.

This home will sleep 6 people comfortably in beds and also features a Queen sized sleeper sofa with a Sealy mattress. All bedrooms feature cable equipped flat screen TVs. The Master bedroom is equipped with a DVD player.

Bringing a boat? Not to worry, Coral Lagoon Resort accommodates every fishing and boating need, providing guests with use of the onsite, full service marina adjacent to the resort grounds. Boat slip #4, located directly behind the home, is included with your vacation rental and provides adequate room for vessels up to 31 feet in length. Limit one vessel per slip.
 
Due to the fact these are wood framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on/ or around the Coral Lagoon property. 


Arrangements can be made with several different companies that offer trailer storage. The most convenient location is the Boat House affiliated with Coral Lagoon and there is a $10.00 fee per use of the boat slip.
