Coral Lagoon Resort, located immediately adjacent to Key Colony Beach, is the Fisherman's dream resort, with a full-service Marina and a tranquil setting featuring luxury townhomes.
 
This resort is located on nearly six acres of beautifully maintained property and flourishing scenery. "Salty Fare" is one of a few single-family homes at the resort which offers a bright, tropical interior with the additional windows on all sides of the house.
 
Coral Lagoon Resort also features a heated, in-ground pool with ample poolside seating in both the shade and the sun.
 
The oversized, covered back porch provides peaceful canal views and features plenty of seating room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breezes. The outdoor dining area provides seating for up to 8 guests.
 
"Salty Fare" was just recently remodeled in May of 2015 featuring new living room furniture, including a sofa sleeper, new bedding, small kitchen appliances, and a cheerful tropical ambiance!
 
1st Level of Home

Entertain or unwind in the open concept living area.  The floor plan of the great room offers plenty of space to relax and dine.  The living room has plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV. The kitchen consists of stainless-steel appliances, elegant granite counters, and wood cabinets. Coffee lovers will be satisfied with their choice of a Keurig single serve coffee maker or the traditional coffee pot. Enjoy a quick snack on the stools at the breakfast bar or dine-in at the dining room table that provides seating for up to six people.
 
2nd Level of Home

Upstairs bedrooms feature a soothing color scheme and comfortable bed linens. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King size bed, a private bath, a flat-screen TV and a romantic private balcony with seating for two. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has two Twin sized beds.

This home will sleep six people comfortably in beds and also features a Queen-sized sleeper sofa with a Sealy mattress. All bedrooms feature cable equipped flat screen TVs with built-in DVD players.

Coral Lagoon Resort accommodates every fishing and boating need, providing guests with use of the onsite, full-service marina adjacent to the resort grounds. Boat slip located directly behind the home is included with your Salty Fare vacation rental.

Dogs accepted and charged a non-refundable pet fee up to 2 dogs. Rates range between $30-$60 per day, plus tax. Rates are based on the weight of the dog. NO CATS are allowed!
 
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee to bed for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. Additional occupant(s) fee may apply.

Due to the fact these are wood framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on/ or around the Coral Lagoon property.

NO Fishing on resort grounds.

Make sure to try out some of our local dinings and enjoy waterfront entertainment and music at several of our nearby restaurants. Sparky's Landing in Key Colony Beach and Burdines Waterfront located at the end of 15th Street are some of our favorites.
 
Fishing charters, boat and kayak rentals, scuba diving and kite boarding are just a few of the many forms of entertainment and adventure available to you in the Florida Keys.

You can also reserve a spot to swim with the Dolphins and Sea Lions up at the Dolphin Research Center in Grassy Key or tour the Turtle Hospital and Rehabilitation Center right here in Marathon.
 
Just across the Famed Seven Mile Bridge lies Key West, a 50-mile scenic drive away. Whether you're window shopping on Duval Street, visiting the Hemingway House and the Southernmost Point, or watching the street performers in Mallory Square, Key West has something for everyone to enjoy.

Arrival & Departure Information
Check- In: 5 PM on day of arrival
Check -Out: 10 AM on day of departure

Kitchens
Fully equipped kitchen with a wide array of appliances and cooking utensils. Should an appliance not work properly it will be replaced upon request within 1 day.

Garbage
Garbage is your responsibility and the dumpsters are located at the back side of the boathouse on the opposite end of the back parking lot and may be better accessed with your car as it is a good walking distance from your home.

Parking
You are not allowed to park on the grass, or roadway in front of the unit for loading or any other purpose. 

Linens
The home is fully equipped with linens, sheets, and towels that you will need. Beach towels are not guaranteed available.

Noise
- Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
- Noise need be kept to a respectable level at all times
- Violators WILL be evicted

Docking
 Your home comes with a dock slip that is directly in front of the home. Your slip number will be provided with your arrival information prior to your reservation. Your slip is limited to 34 feet overall. If your boat is longer than the allotted 34 feet it will be your responsibility to make arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina or pay for a larger slip on the resort. The on site marina information is provided below.

Trailers 
If you are interested in bringing or renting a boat while on vacation please contact the Boathouse Marina to make arrangements for your trailer prior to arriving.  They are located on site at Coral Lagoon and can be reached at (305) 481-0653.There are NO TRAILERS allowed to be stored on the rental property.
