Spacious and like new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at one of Marathon, Florida Keys most prestigious resorts, "Indigo Reef Marina Resort" ~ Magnificent open Gulf views from the private back porch and balcony.

Guests at Indigo Reef enjoy this private gated community for it’s in town convenience but secluded tropical locale. The heated resort pool and fitness center will be one of the many highlights of your Florida Keys vacation at Indigo Reef.

Unit #64 at Indigo Reef features one of the most unique views at the resort. Enjoy spectacular views of the tranquil, open water of the Gulf of Mexico from both the upper and lower level deck.

The lower level of the home is beautifully laid out with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar and living room which opens up to the private lower level deck.

A half guest bathroom is located on the lower level as well for convenience.

The second story of the home features a Master Suite furnished with a King sized bed and en-suite master bathroom. Step outside onto the upper level balcony and into Paradise to experience the full impact of the incredible views overlooking the tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax on the outdoor seating looking out unto the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. 

Two guest bedrooms are located upstairs and are furnished with a Queen bed in one and a bunk bed set in the other. The bunk beds have a Twin bed up top, a Full on the bottom and a Full sized trundle bed as well for a total of 3 mattresses. The full guest bathroom is located adjacent to these rooms next to the laundry closet.

Beach/View - This resort home features a remarkable view from both the upper and lower level decks, living room and Master Suite. Sombrero Beach Marathon is a ten minute drive from the Resort and Coco Plum Beach is only five minutes away.

Location - Traveling Route 1 South, turn right on 117th street immediately after the the Vaca Cut bridge around Mile Marker 53. Veer around corner to the left and turn right into Indigo Reef Resort

BBQ:
Charcoal Grilling Stations are located throughout the Resort on a first come first serve basis. You will need your own charcoal.

Garbage:
Garbage collection Stations are located adjacent to carports

Parking:
Your home comes with a carport which is located near the unit and it is numbered. You may use this carport only for your primary vehicle. One extra vehicle may be parked immediately near the home and other additional cars may be parked in either of the overflow parking lots located to the left and right of the main drive as you enter the resort.

Parking Passes must be used and additional passes are located in your unit in the house instruction binder. 

You are not allowed to park on the grass in front of units for loading or any other purpose. If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit the bill to Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.

Boat Trailers

Boat trailers are Strictly Prohibited within the resort grounds. Towing a trailer inside the resort grounds will not be accepted at any time under any circumstances and doing so may result in a fine.

Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headaches of improper planning

2. The Boat House

If you are arriving late in the evening you may choose to store your trailer at the Boat House at Coral Lagoon Resort as a more expensive choice but very good service.

Coral Lagoon Resort is located at 12399 Overseas Highway Marathon FL 33050 (Appx. ½ mi from Indigo)

*Night arrivals should park trailer in front of boat house at Resort in parking adjacent to US RT 1

*Day arrivals should walk to the boat house for instructions or call number below

Docking
Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall length including pulpit and motors. If you are over 31 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek other arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina. 

NOISE

Your home is in a residential neighborhood. We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Reasonable noise levels will be in demand at all times however.
Violators WILL be evicted



Fitness Room

The Fitness room is accessible 24/7 with a key on your house set of keys located inside the home. The center is located at the 1st building on right when entering resort.
