This luxury townhome on the Gulf of Mexico is located at Indigo Reef Marina Homes Resort. Among Florida Keys Resorts you will find INDIGO REEF MARATHON, FL to be peaceful and spectacular! THE MARLIN MANOR AT INDIGO REEF is like new, completed in September, 2006.

Indigo Reef Resort is set back and secluded from all the hustle and bustle so you can sit back and relax in peace. From the moment you pull up to the gate of this secluded property the views are jaw-dropping. The private winding road leading to the resort is beautifully landscaped and hints of paradise in every sense of the word. When you walk in the front door of this unit you immediately experience that "aaah" effect. As you enter the home the first views to greet you are direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. From the living room, on occasion, you'll be able to see a mother manatee with her baby or other marine life, including stingray and dolphin. This spacious 1,600 square foot town-home will comfortably accommodate 6 people with its King size bed in the master suite, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom and two Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a large, attached Master Bathroom with 2 sinks and separate tub and shower. The view from the master balcony is amazing as you look out over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The two spare bedrooms share a full bathroom right outside the door along with the washer and dryer being conveniently located on the second floor.

This home will sleep 6 people comfortably, however we can accommodate up to 8 people. Check with us to see if we have a roll away bed to provide with a small charge.

Indigo Reef's modern kitchens feature granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. All kitchens are fully stocked with all appliances. The eating area is spacious and has a table that comfortably seats six, or a breakfast bar for three.

Indigo Reef landscaping is breathtaking, surrounding the property in palm trees and local flora to create a true Island Paradise. If you're a fisherman you'll enjoy the convenience of having your boat right out the door of this unit. The boat slip accommodates boats up to 27 feet and has water and electricity hookups right at your slip. There is a cleaning station adjacent to your slip which is the perfect place to clean your catch.

Right on the Gulf of Mexico and within 5-10 min. by boat you're in the Atlantic Ocean. Don't have a boat? There are many rentals available and they're just a phone call away. Don't want to rent a boat? There are many charters available in the area also. There are too many local conveniences to list. A few of our favorite important conveniences located nearby are a post office, Walgreens, grocery store, Marathon airport, beautiful oceanfront dining,as well as bait and tackle shops. Cook your catch at home or enjoy a night out at one of our 53 restaurants. Don't forget to visit the beautiful Sombrero Beach in Marathon, FL.

First time FL Keys vacation for family with 2 teens. Wonderful experience! Accommodations are very spacious, clean and well equipped for linens and kitchen. "Welcome Basket" added special touch! Grounds and pool are very well maintained and clean. Location cant be beat - private property, quiet, great views for sunsets and proximity to everything the FL Keys has to offer. Staff was attentive and friendly - making reservations is a breeze and the price is incredible for families to afford. We will DEFINITELY return...making plans now!!

Entering Resort

NO Trailers may be towed into resort!
The Resort is located at 11600 1st Avenue Gulf, Marathon FL 33050
The Resort gates will automatically open when approached by car. After you have passed the entry gates, you should drive straight to the first stop and look for the signs that direct you to your unit.
BBQ
Charcoal Grilling Stations are located throughout the Resort on a first come first serve basis. You will need your own charcoal.
Garbage
Garbage collection Stations are located adjacent to carports
Parking
Your home comes with a carport which is located near the unit and it is numbered. You may use this carport only for your primary vehicle. Additional cars may be parked in either of the overflow parking lots located to the left and right of the main drive as you enter the resort.
Parking Passes must be used and additional passes are located in your unit in the house instruction binder.
You are not allowed to park on the grass in front of units for loading or any other purpose. If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit the bill to Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.

Boat Trailers

Boat trailers are Strictly Prohibited within the resort grounds. Towing a trailer inside the resort grounds will not be accepted at any time under any circumstances and doing so may result in a fine.
Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headaches of improper planning

2. The Boat House

If you are arriving late in the evening you may choose to store your trailer at the Boat House at Coral Lagoon Resort as a more expensive choice but very good service.

Coral Lagoon Resort is located at 12399 Overseas Highway Marathon FL 33050 (Appx. ½ mi from Indigo)

*Night arrivals should park trailer in front of boat house at Resort in parking adjacent to US RT 1
*Day arrivals should walk to the boat house for instructions or call number below

Docking
Your home comes with a dock slip which is labeled at its location at the dock. Look for villa # and disregard the slip # as it is inconsequential. Indigo Reef 60 for example would locate a dock slip location where it states Villa 60.
Your slip is limited to 28 feet overall length. If you are over 28 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina.

NOISE

Your home is in a residential neighborhood. We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm
Violators WILL be evicted
If you have a pet friendly unit and have a recurring problem keeping your pet quiet you will be asked to make Kennel arrangements.


Fitness Room
The Fitness room is accessible 24/7 with a key on your house set of keys located inside the home. The center is located at the 1st building on right when entering resort.
