The unit is laid out beautifully with views of the Gulf of Mexico and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of granite counter top space, Extra large dining area with table and a convenient lower level guest bath.

On the second level the Master Suite has a private Master Bathroom and the bedroom opens up onto the upper level balcony. There are two more bedrooms on the second level plus an additional guest bathroom for convenience and a Washer and Dryer closet.

We can arrange Boat Trailer parking for you at a small charge and guide you to the best boat ramp for your needs. YOU MAY NOT ENTER RESORT GROUNDS WITH TRAILER PLEASE. PLAN your trailer parking in advance.


Bedrooms/Accommodates (3/6-8) - The master suite features a king mattress and the other two bedrooms feature a queen mattress and 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 twins in total). This home will sleep 8 people comfortably.  No cable in 3rd bedroom

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee bedding for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly.  Additional fee for occupant(s) may apply. 


Bathrooms (2.5) - There are 2 1/2 bathrooms in total with guest baths up and down and a private bath for the Master Suite.

Beach/View - This resort home features a remarkable view from both the upper and lower level decks, living room and Master Suite. Sombrero Beach is a ten minute drive from the Resort and Coco Plum Beach is 5 minutes.

NO Trailers may be towed into resort!

The Resort is located at 11600 1st Avenue Gulf, Marathon FL 33050

BBQ

Charcoal Grilling Stations are located throughout the Resort on a first come first serve basis. You will need your own charcoal.

Garbage

Garbage collection Stations are located adjacent to carports

Parking

Your home comes with a carport which is located near the unit and it is numbered. You may use this carport only for your primary vehicle. Additional cars may be parked in either of the overflow parking lots located to the left and right of the main drive as you enter the resort.

Parking Passes must be used and additional passes are located in your unit in the house instruction binder. 

You are not allowed to park on the grass in front of units for loading or any other purpose. If your vehicle is responsible for damaging the sod or landscape at the resort, the HOA will hold you responsible and submit the bill to Coco Plum Vacation Rentals. The cost will be added to the credit card on file, so please do not park on the grass.

Boat Trailers

Boat trailers are Strictly Prohibited within the resort grounds. Towing a trailer inside the resort grounds will not be accepted at any time under any circumstances and doing so may result in a fine.

Arrange storage for your trailer in advance and save the headaches of improper planning

2. The Boat House

If you are arriving late in the evening you may choose to store your trailer at the Boat House at Coral Lagoon Resort as a more expensive choice but very good service.

Coral Lagoon Resort is located at 12399 Overseas Highway Marathon FL 33050 (Appx. ½ mi from Indigo)

*Night arrivals should park trailer in front of boat house at Resort in parking adjacent to US RT 1

*Day arrivals should walk to the boat house for instructions or call number below

Docking

Your slip is limited to 31 feet overall length including pulpit and motors. If you are over 31 feet in overall length, it will be your responsibility seek arrangements and relocate your vessel to a marina. The slip is labeled Villa 55 and is located behind the pool. Slip #58

NOISE

Your home is in a residential neighborhood. We demand that quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Reasonable noise levels will be in demand at all times however.
Violators WILL be evicted
