House number 23, your Tropical Oasis, is a characteristic and charmingly decorated “Key West Conch-style” villa. Coral Lagoon Resort also features an in-ground pool with poolside seating.

The spacious back porch provides exquisite canal views and features ample seating room for lounging in the sun or enjoying the ocean breezes.

The Tropical Oasis features an airy layout and alluring nautical themed décor throughout the entire home. Unwind in the roomy 1st floor living area featuring abundantly cushioned seating centered around a 42 inch plasma TV equipped with cable and DVD/Stereo system. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets and elegant granite counters. Enjoy a quick snack on the stools at the breakfast bar or dine-in at the dining room table that provides seating for up to six people.

Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee bedding for that number. Please read bed description thoroughly. Additional occupant(s) fee may apply.

Upstairs bedrooms feature playfully painted furniture and comfortable bed linens. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king size bed, a private bath, a flat screen TV and a romantic private balcony with seating for two. The 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin sized beds.
This home will sleep 6 people comfortably in beds and also features a Queen sized sleeper sofa

Due to the fact these are wood framed homes, propane and charcoal grills ARE NOT PERMITTED on/ or around the Coral Lagoon property. 


Bringing a boat? Not to worry, Coral Lagoon Resort flawlessly accommodates every fishing and boating need, providing guests with use of the onsite, full service marina adjacent to the resort grounds. Boat slip #3 is included with your Tropical Oasis vacation rental and contains adequate room for vessels up to 31 feet in length.
Arrangements can be made with 2 different companies that offer trailer storage. There is a $10.00 fee for usage in and out on the ramp.

Great accommodations and service

We just spent a week at #23 Coral Lagoon. Unlike most houses in this development, this unit offered parking right next to our front door, a nice feature. Our accommodations were excellent in every way. The house was well stocked with supplies and immaculate. The furnishings and supplies were high-quality (just loved those fluffy white comforters in clean duvet covers on the beds and the thick bath towels!). The cleaning crew did a great job (house was immaculate when we arrived, and the cleaner, Lisa, arrived as we were departing - very polite and professional). Everything was in good working order and well maintained. Plenty of space in all the rooms. Initially there were just 2 of us at the house but another couple joined us for the last few days. Six to 8 people would be comfortable. Really enjoyed the large porch overlooking the canal...cool even on hot days! The property management people were great, especially when we locked ourselves out late one night! Jim responded quickly. Their service was `above and beyond`, even printing and dropping off our boarding passes on the day we departed (an unexpected surprise when I called to ask if I could stop by their office to print my passes...a short while later, there was a knock at the door and Angel was there delivering the pass! Wow!). It was easy to get around with or without a car (Angel gave us taxi company numbers...just $5 to go anywhere in Marathon. We used that one day to travel to a local bar to watch the football game. Great service.) Definitely worth returning and we plan to bring our boat next time (boat slip is in front of the house...10 minutes to tuna!).

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

“Coral Lagoon #23 is Perfect”

Loved this place. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and was very, very clean!! The house was decorated in beautiful colors of soft green, blue and yellow. We rented through Coco Plum Vacation Rentals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation rental. Our house is right on the canal with boat dock facilities available for this unit right in front. No bugs were seen at all! Clean, clean, clean! We even saw a manatee in the canal several mornings.

"Awesome Place"

Just got back from a 5 night stay in Unit #23 which was reserved through Coco Plum vacation rentals. Everything needed was in the unit and the unit was well maintained. I'd say the worst part of the room was the water pressure from the showers. The master bedroom is enormous and has its on balcony and the main area balcony is perfect for evenings and breakfast. I nor anyone in the rental would hesitate to return here in the future. Check it out!

"Perfect Place For Boat Owners"

This is a very nice place for a relaxed stay with friends and family. I believe all the townhouse condos are the same floor plan with individual decorating by the owners. We stayed in #23 which had delightful decor and plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed from what I could tell, considering we never cooked a meal for the week :) The only real problem with the condo was with the TVs. The TV downstairs was fine receiving all the cable stations. However, the two in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms did not work well. One not at all and the other only received a few stations.

There is nothing organized at this condo resort, which was fine with us. The pool seemed very nice, but we never used it.

The only problem we really had was the incomplete information we received from the rental agency regarding the boat launching area. The marina, which is not part of Coral Lagoon, charges every time you put in or take out. That was no problem since we only put in once and tied up to the docking area by our condo. However, they charge a daily $10 fee for parking your trailer in their lot. This was never mentioned to us. If you come in after 5 PM, there is no one at the docking area to communicate with, so beware of that. There seems to be no communication between the rental agency and the marina.

We did not see any children during our stay (May) but many fishermen and women. Not many empty docking spots. Everyone was very friendly and helpful giving us tips for fishing spots or snorkeling areas.

Parking is quite limited, but the grounds and facilities are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have been working with Coco Plum Vacation rentals for 4 years now, and have always found the entire team to be very professional, punctual, and helpful to say the least. Best company and staff I have worked with in the past 9 years of rentals in the keys!!!! Nice inventory of rentals as well....
